I'm FLYing!
My morning Starbucks is switching up their A.M crew. I was chatting up the new people while I was enjoying my doppio on the rocks when one of the Batista’s asked me if I ever had a John Wayne… it’s new to me so I thought I would share.
Take one of the short, hot cups. put in 2 or 3 pumps of your favorite syrup (I went with Carmel), a cold layer of half and half, top with a shot (or two) of espresso. Chug it.
It’s pretty delcious. To really appreciate it you need to try it. I, personally, willu bet that this isn’t the last time I’ll enjoy a John Wayne.
Oh yeah, btw I’m fucking flying. 4 Shots of espresson in rapid succession is just what I needed to kick of this drab Friday morning.
