It’s all good fun until the manager throws a bucket of hot grease at a pack of angry trannies. wow. just wow.
You know in Clerks II when Randal gets flustered by some unruly customer and he and Dante leave to go Go Karting. Dante asks Randal what it is about the Karts that calms him down and although Randal doesn’t really have an answer I feel the same exact way about swings. For some reason going to the park and swinging has this bizarre calming effect on me that I can’t even begin to explain.
I was having a really shitty morning and I just couldn’t shake it. I was in a funk. I decided that I needed to leave work to blow off some steam myself. I went to a near by park and swung for about 20 minutes. It was quite possibly the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. It’s like for that 20 minutes I forget about whatever was bothering and I was able to un-funk.
I have no idea where I’m going with this … I guess I’m just sayin’ swings are to me what Go Karts are to Randal. What are your swings?
